I returned for another stay, having visited earlier. the room was super clean with a very comfortable bed. housekeeping was attentive. I learned one of the staff member's name was kayla (she was great!). the hotel grounds had views, set back from the town.
the wifi signal wasn't reliable, as it kept disconnecting. it slightly disrupted my ability to work.

the swimming pool included a sauna and was open in the evening for relaxation. there's also a tennis court available who enjoy outdoor activities (i might try it next time!). a gym is available too.

It came equipped with a small kitchenette. This included a microwave, air fryer, and fridge, very useful amenities. Parking was available right outside. The warm pool added to the relaxing experience. I found Victoria at reception provided great customer service.

The hotel benefits from a location within an area of excellent natural beauty. This designation seemed very well deserved. The surrounding landscapes are really peaceful. Ample parking space is available . there is an ev charging facility for electric vehicles.

Staff members were generally friendly and seemed helpful. The reception staff were excellent, and nothing seemed too much trouble. Lewis and Hana received special mentions for their really good performance. They really stand out.

Breakfast was served buffet style, presenting guests with a great choice. The quality of the food offered at breakfast looked good (especially the pastries). The evening meal provided very good food, and the service was equally noteworthy in a lovely setting.

The breakfast had a superb selection of cereals, fruit, and pastries. The fried breakfast was lovely. Spa facilities opened early, which suited my early rising. The swimming pool water was warm, the sauna and steam rooms were nice and hot! Showers were very good. Lockers were spacious.

the staff were very attentive. i stayed in a double room courtyard area with a view overlooking the grounds. it had a really large bed and was well decorated.
